Refund Policy

Refunds for services that have been carried out by MooreAcademical.com will be provided only in extreme circumstances including:

• Failure to carry out the service by the agreed deadline in the service confirmation email.
• If you are not satisfied with the results of the service provided, we will review your document and if we determine our work is sub standard we will agree with you a refund amount.

Refund requests should be initiated by emailing info@mooreacademical.com detailing the reasons for the request.
